Mitchell W. Wells

Mr. Wells has practiced law in Tulsa for 4 ½ years. During the first four years of his career, he served as a prosecutor in Tulsa County on the Domestic Violence, Organized Crime, and Special Victim's Units. During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Wells served as first chair in multiple jury and non-jury trials. In 2024, Mr. Wells changed his career path to focus on Civil Litigation. Since joining Baum Glass Jayne Carwile and Peters as an associate, Mr. Wells has focused his practice primarily on general civil litigation, trust disputes, real property disputes, contractual disputes, insurance defense, protective orders, and some criminal defense.
