Bryan J. Seaton

Bryan J. Seaton's practice is currently focused on research, writing, and advocacy in various areas of law, including contract litigation, insurance-related matters, business transactions, probate, employment law, and complex litigation.

Before practicing law, Bryan spent over 10 years working in major hospital systems, developing his expertise as a certified medical laboratory scientist (ASCP) and later advancing to an administrative supervisory role in outreach laboratory services. In this capacity, he oversaw lab operations, established new laboratory locations, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards and government certification requirements. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Bryan played a key role in providing critical testing and support services to the Tulsa area. After a decade in the medical field, Bryan chose to shift focus and pursue his career in law.

While in law school, Bryan interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, working in both the civil and criminal divisions, and also interned at TTCU Federal Credit Union, assisting general counsel with trust administration, service and software-as-a-service (SaaS) contracts, employment contracts, and mortgage contracts.

B.S. in Medical Science, summa cum laude, Northeastern State University

Completed an internship at Saint Francis School of Medical Technology as part of the medical science program, developing a strong foundation in healthcare and laboratory operations. Obtained ASCP national certification.
